Hi there everyone. I would like to lose even a few words about my new phone that I can sit for about 14 to call my own.
Anticipation I have to mention that this is my first Nokia phone and I advance a Sony Ericsson user / fan was / am. However, there was the time my contract extension and no fancy technical on me tailor SE phone.

The phone I have, unfortunately, I can not get with my mobile operator. But on the Internet there was a store where you buy the right of each phone extension to his contract or could. The mobile phone has a street price of € 460 (RRP: 520Euro). In the shop, I got the phone with my contract extension for 167 €. • Quick Guide
So now to my personal experiences:
If you look at the details by reading this, then you are already surprised at how much technology and gadgets in so fit a small mobile phone. But how it all works in practice. And what are the weak points of this phone. I will try to describe the typical functions and if there were problems, I will try to uncover it.
Design and processing:
For design, there is not much to say. It is somewhat similar to the RAZR phone from Motorola. It is flat, handy and very well made. The door closes perfectly to the case and nothing feels cheap or klapperig. A small flaw is perhaps that one can not easily open the phone with one hand, there it is cumbersome, but will collapse as you would for a clamshell phone is used. On top of the cover is hiding behind a small mirror, the front display. The drawback here is the quite quickly visible fingerprints on the front, which make the phone act smeared.
Grade: A
Keyboard:
Here again we see the design and the technology that we already know in Motorola classics and the new U-series from Samsung. The buttons are all very clear and are not. The pressure point is for someone who has never worked with such devices, rather unusual, but certainly learned. The buttons are quite large, but to be really safe, you should try to always take the keys in the middle, because there at the pressure point is most noticeable. I have about 5 days using me to get used to the new keys.
Note: good
Display:
When I got about 2 years ago my Sony Ericsson W800i, I thought that was the sharpest display I’ve seen in a mobile phone. But this display is anything seen before in the shade. With 17 million colors and 2.4 “it’s really fantastic. The lighting is terrific and very readable. The menus can also operate on very bright days outside. The same applies to the external display. On the very small space, there are clearly all the information you need (calls, SMS, radio, track information, track list, time, viewfinder from the camera, date, etc.)
Grade: A
Multimedia:
For multimedia features include primarily mp3 player, radio, camera and video player (Real Player and Flash Player). Music and radio can be easy with the three front buttons operate on the flap. With the side contained volume keys can be operated even more menus. The song or listen to the radio with earphones plugged in very clear.
The onboard speakers teach the current instruments and the bass sounds over very well. Here Nokia has done a very good job. The other functions, such as contact data management, or notes, calendar, alarm clock, reminders, can be used easily, or sync with PC Suite on your computer (Required: MS Outlook or Lotus Suite here at the PC). The Bluetooth is easy to operate and the data transfer is very quick.
Another advantage is the record on or remove files from your phone or Memory Stick. The mobile phone is simply connected via the supplied data cable to a USB port and even the phone will work as an external hard drive or memory. Drag and drop songs and pictures can now be easily copied to the phone. After copying a key press goes to the phone and all the new data will be synchronized in the cell phone. Each title can be easily as a ringtone for calls, SMS, alarm clock or choose.
Now for the camera. I am not a big fan of phone-cam `s. You simply can not match the quality real cameras, but for these brief snapshots ranging from 2 megapixel camera complete. If you want to see even a few original pictures of the phone, then you can find on Google under “Nokia N76 Review ‘to see some pictures.
The included game is called as a surprise Snake. It is intuitive and provides a 3D, color does not look too bad.
Otherwise, I am not yet widely penetrated the depths of the multimedia programs, but what I’ve learned so far is very good and for me more than enough.
Grade: A
Delivery:
The delivery really are no big surprises. In the relatively drab packaging to find out the cell phone USB data cables are a stereo headset, a charger, a 256MB MircoSD memory stick and a four manuals (two in German and in English, says being in a short menu items and a detailed manual).
Personally I do not miss something truly included. The criticisms relate to the small memory stick (it would still be able to 1024MB) and the relatively inconvenient to supporting headset. A little tip for those who like to do their own headphones to enjoy music, but do not have a headset. Which can set the headset from the N95. Here you have the opportunity to bring their own headphones to the microphone, because there is also a 3.5mm jack. I even bought me a 2GB MicroSD flash drive and then I was shipped more than satisfied.
Note: good
Voice quality
Well, since Nokia has not really covered itself with glory. The voice quality is still very poor. It is in this case no matter whether one calls with or without a headset. It sounds very muffled and very quiet. Since this number of tests have already shown (see Xonio.com) there is a general small disturbance.
Note: sufficient
Battery life
According to the homepage of the mobile phone Nokia has a term of up to 200Std. Well, this is still considered quite relative, should be clear. I use my phone daily as MP3 or radio when I drive to work (about 3h per day). Well and in between you on the phone and still writes a text message, which is what usually arises in the use of mobile phones Sun The disillusionment was that the battery not last longer than three days. As bad as I find it not even close to the phone every two to three days to the grid. But I was with my W800i containing other usual (for the same use, it was up to 8 days). Right here has the flat phone that is packed with features pay tribute. The small 700mAh battery lasts just not as long. As a little tip here be noted that one can easily turn down the brightness of the large display, which also saves battery life.
Note: Satisfactory
Conclusion:
The mobile phone shows off the only way of features, all of which are thought to use and intuitive. The demands of this compact multimedia smartphone is it with ease. The right hardware, the software shows no dents or crashes. On the other hand, the phone also has its drawbacks. Whom the relatively short battery life will not interfere with or has a limited satisfactory voice quality no major problems, dam I can put this phone only recommend highly. It is an elegant hip flask that goes the distance for functions to be desired.
