Today is about the Nokia E90 is my friend for his career in daily use has and it is therefore written from his point of view, but of course as always, in my described (in this case our) point of view
Features
Broadband connections for fast mobile Internet access
A really useful feature that you can go with broadband to the Internet. I use it regularly (every day =) I check my emails. “Surf the Internet” for a true principle, I find a cell phone itself is not useful, because in my opinion are not suitable for the devices (eg, small displays, awkward keyboard, etc.) and also the most internet pages are not meant for a “Handy Resolution are. But as times for quick email query or look up something in the phone book – that the internet is really very practical.

Dimensions Weight
- Width: 5.7 cm
- Depth: 2cm
- Height: 13.2 cm
- Weight: 210g
I think the E90 is relatively large and there could well be better in the hand. The predecessor of 9300 was more comfortable because he had a little more depth but not for as much wide = is better in the hand.
Colors
The Communicator is available in 2 colors. In the color “mocha” and in red. I have my mocha in color. As it is in Germany I can not judge, but here in Austria is the color of the communicator from always like what cellular provider you have.
Flap
The telephone can the door open a bit heavier – but that does of course make sense that the part is not always jump up. Since I am a true “extreme and frequent users” of the phone I am able to confirm that the flap is high-quality and yet still no signs of wear have occurred.
Antenna
Is integrated into the phone like it is actually to find as good as all phones.
Vibration
The vibrating alert I would describe as “bad sex” – basically well-intentioned, but you can feel nothing. Therefore, I have the vibrating alert issued for me because it makes no sense when Handy “so subtly” vibrates that you hardly notice it anyway.
In addition, I have to criticize that the vibrating alarm is a real “battery eater” is.
Polyphonic ringtones
Who can use something like that. Since I am not quite know I did not in use. Although today it is already standard in all phones.
Automatic Redial
Redial if the caller is too busy. Then my Nokia calls automatically after one minute again. I have this function, however, turned on me because I do not want that my phone developed a life of its own and then automatically call somewhere.
Call forwarding
Today, standard function, and I also frequently in use that I divert calls to company.
Call Barring
Here you can store numbers in which the call is suppressed. I myself is not in use, but certainly useful if you have nothing to do with some “contemporary” wants. ;-)

- Standard Resolution: 2048×1536
- Format: JPEG
- Focus Adjustment: Automatic
- Flash (I think not that great, because pictures somehow go into too much blue lightning)
- Video recorder resolution: 640×480 (VGA)
Organizer
- Alarm clock: Yes
- Calendar / Event Reminder: Yes
- Calculator: Yes
I have on my phone every possible office applications on it for “office move”. Basically practical, but have so far never used that way as I really calculate in Excel.
Select
- LCD Display: In my opinion, very well
- Screen resolution: 800×352 pixels
- Color
- Wallpaper, screen saver backlight
But what I find really great is that the keyboard is also illuminated. In most cases, so only the screen is illuminated, but if you want to write what it is also helpful when you see the keyboard.
Power
Technical specifications according to the manufacturer:
- Talk Time: up to 300 minutes
- Standby time: up to 336 hours
Really great, the standby time of 336 (!) Hours, but a joke is the talk time of 300 minutes. Only this will reduce the 300 minutes later enormously if you use the following:
- Expand Display
- Wi-Fi Search
- Bluetooth search
For me this is the only real breaking point in E90, that the battery is really weak.
Manufacturer
Manufacturer, the company Nokia. gives information about the company, visit www.nokia.de
Price
Without the contract price is around € 900.00 and € 400.00 with contract from approx.
Conclusion
For the business an absolutely recommendable product in which the battery power from Nokia but again should be revised.
Pros : nice design and good workmanship, many Office applications, integrated, good sound quality, ease of use
Cons : Battery too low for mobile business
