Today was announced during the keynote of the second and final day of Nokia World 2010 in London the upcoming release of a new type mobile Touch & Type: Nokia C3-01.
This is a device combining resistive touch screen and keypad, blood brother of the X3-02 Touch and type but with a more sober design and class. We also publish shortly a video of the C3-01 that begins with a comparison of the C3-01 X3-02.

Nokia Touch and C3-01 type (T & T) is more or less considered the big brother of the X3 and Touch Type. In terms of design, we can see that the C3 T & T is a bit thicker and slightly longer than the X3 T & T. He has a lot more professional side, since it is more conventional, for example, the keys are less “fun” and it will only be available in more sober colors.

Below the touch screen, there is an answer button and hang up and a light in the middle of notification.

The C3-01 has a button for the camera on its side, the X3 T & T did not. The camera is a 5 megapixel camera with flash. Once a photograph is taken, it is extremely easy to use by posting it on Facebook for example, or by sending it via MMS or email with a push of the dedicated touch button for this purpose.

Quickly on the specifications, a 2.4 “screen resistive touch, an average battery life of 5h in discussion and 440 hours standby, a 3G + and WiFi b / g / n, a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, 30MB of but internal memory expandable up to 32GB microSD, 3.5mm jack and the camera can load USB microphone and 2mm.

There is a customizable home page by zones, with the ability to insert widgets. Attention, not to be confused with what is proposed on Symbian.

Regarding the Internet, it is possible to surf with the browser installed or surfing via Opera Mini is also pre-installed.

Its main asset, as the X3 T & T, is its ease and speed of use: you can access everything with just your thumb.
